Proverbs 31 Woman is a Business/Career oriented woman  yet virtuous. Virtuous means having or showing high moral standards.

First thing to note is that these type of women are rare and hard to find. That’s why the writer begins by asking us – who can find her? Then goes on to tell us her worth….her worth is far above rubies. Rubies are not cheap stones. They are called precious stones for a reason. So this woman is Virtuous (having or showing high moral standards)

Precious – of high price and great value because of being rare and expensive; Industrious – as the passage tells us of her hard work and business exploits, Responsible – as she looks to the well being of her staff and household and Caring – as she reaches out to the poor and needy and wise. Strength and honor are her clothing; and She opens her mouth with wisdom.
